Precision Auto Care Announces Promotions

Precision Auto Care, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PACI - News) today, PACI announced that Robert Falconi had been promoted to CEO of Precision Auto Care, Incorporated. Robert has been with Precision Auto Care, Inc. since September 2000 and had been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer, a position that he held for almost three years prior to his promotion to CEO.

The Company also announced that Mark Francis had been promoted to CFO. Mark has been with Precision Auto Care, Inc. since April 2004 and had been serving as Controller prior to his promotion. Mr. Louis M. Brown, Jr. will continue to serve the Company in the role of Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Brown said that, "Both of these promotions are well deserved as Robert and Mark have both been performing admirably. The Board is confident that the Company will continue to thrive and grow under Robert's leadership."
