Rocklin, Folsom and El Dorado Hills in Northern CA will soon have new Booster Juice stores mixing up delicious and nutritious smoothies

Booster Juice of Portland, Oregon announced plans today to open three new Booster Juice Smoothie and Juice Bars in Placer, Sacramento and El Dorado counties by Spring of 2007. With 20 stores slated to open in the second half of 2006 and over 150 stores already open across North America, Booster Juice is positioned to offer a healthier alternative to millions of consumers tired of high calories and high sugar content in their smoothies.

Locally, the business team of Paula Schmidt and Scott Buss are bringing the Booster Juice brand of smoothie and juice bar to the greater Sacramento area. “The Booster Juice advantage is the ingredients in the product”, says Paula Schmidt. “We use only real fruit, don’t add any sugar and use less ice to ensure a higher-quality creamy smoothie which preserves the taste and reduces calories”. Making probiotic yogurt fresh in the store each day, using sorbet instead of sherbert, and offering a variety of vitamin and herbal boosts raises the Booster Juice smoothie to a new level of health.

Schmidt and Buss are excited to be a part of bringing the Booster Juice lifestyle to customers, employees, and franchise owners across greater Sacramento and the central valley. The eventually plan to sell and open 30-40 franchised stores across the Greater Sacramento region. For local franchise information, contact Scott Buss at 916 797-1277 or visit the Booster Juice website at www.boosterjuice.com
