Aussie Pet Mobile Appoints New President

DANA POINT, CALIF (Monday, November 20, 2006) - Aussie Pet Mobile, the world's number one mobile pet grooming franchise today announced the appointment of its new president, Ricardo Arévalo. As president, Arévalo will oversee the total profit and loss responsibility for the franchise system as well as supervise overall direction and management across various departments including operations, marketing, training and finance. One of the first areas of focus for Arévalo, in his new role is the development of analytical, operational and training tools to continually increase franchisee profitability.

"Aussie Pet Mobile is expanding rapidly across the nation as well as internationally, and I am thrilled to join the corporate office at this exciting time," said Arévalo. "As an integral part of the executive team, I look forward to contributing to the prolonged growth of the concept and increasing awareness of the business opportunity Aussie Pet Mobile has to offer."

Arévalo comes to Aussie with over 26 years of experience in the franchise industry and has held senior management positions at a number of international franchise concepts including the Wall Street Institute School of English (a division of Sylvan Learning Centers), Great Clips, FutureKids, and Nutri System Weight Loss Centers. His extensive experience has provided him with an in-depth understanding of operations, training, brand building and franchise marketing. In his prior positions, he has been accountable for geometric growth through acquisitions and new center openings, international expansion through new country start ups, and maximizing profitability through cost control and employee productivity.

"We are happy to have Rick Arévalo on board and believe he will be a great asset to the team," said Ian Moses, co-founder of Aussie Pet Mobile. "His prior experience as a franchisor as well as a franchisee will bring valuable insights from the field and truly benefit our growing franchise system."

Today, Aussie Pet Mobile has expanded rapidly via franchising to more than 250 cities in 24 states in the United States and internationally in Canada, Mexico, Japan, Ireland, United Kingdom, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Taiwan and South Korea. About Aussie Pet Mobile

Aussie Pet Mobile is the fastest growing pet grooming franchise offering convenient, affordable, reliable, and efficient pet grooming service to pet owners to maintain and achieve their pets' best well-being. Their 15-step pet-pampering process, which includes a shampoo, massage and brushing, is performed by trained Aussie Pet Mobile groomers in custom designed vehicles or pet spas that are climate controlled. The treatment is done in the driveway of the pet owners' home to ensure pets are close to their home environment, where they feel safe and secure.

Founded in 1996 in Sydney, Australia by Ian Moses and Vivienne McIntosh, the concept started as a way to help busy families keep their pets bathed and groomed without the hassle of scheduling trips to the groomer and to satisfy the growing demand for mobile pet grooming services. The business was an immediate success and just three years later, the couple sold the rights to the concept in Australia and moved to the United States.

Unlike most franchising options, the Aussie Pet Mobile concept has no retail real estate or build-out costs, allowing franchisees to start doing business the day they receive their vehicles, which are custom-built for the climate that they are servicing. Franchisees are assigned exclusive territories to work in and are provided with complete initial and on-going training and support.
