Rick Howard Joins Adir Restaurants Corp as Director of Franchise Development

Franchising Expert to Support Expansion of Pollo Campero Restaurants

October 11, 2007 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES, CA - ADIR Restaurants Corp, master franchise of Pollo Campero in six western states, announced that restaurant industry expert Rick Howard has joined the firm as its Director of Franchise Development. Mr. Howard will be responsible for identifying, vetting and negotiating with potential franchisees. Known for its tender, juicy and crunchy chicken, Pollo Camepro has more than 200 stores throughout Central America, and 15 in the greater Los Angeles area, with three more to open within the next two months.

With 25 years in the restaurant industry, Mr. Howard's experience ranges from leading the Franchise Development for Peter Piper Pizza in 6 states & the Republic of Mexico to heading all Operations & Franchise Development for Noodles Development in 15 states. He is recognized for his ability to build strong relationships and alliances, and for leveraging the strength of team members, business partners, suppliers and franchisees.
