Western Kentucky University Offers Einstein Bros. Food
University is 20th License Location to Begin Offering Einstein Bros. Food in 2007
BOWLING GREEN, Ky., Dec. 13 // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Students, faculty, staff and visitors of Western Kentucky University now have a more convenient way to get their favorite craveable food, as the university began serving Einstein Bros. Bagels products on Nov. 28.
WKU is the 20th license location to begin offering Einstein Bros. menu items in 2007. Students, faculty, staff and visitors of the university's food court are able to choose from a selection of Einstein Bros.' eclectic sandwiches made with high quality ingredients, crisp, fresh salads and Darn Good Coffee(R).
The offerings will transition into a full license restaurant that is scheduled to officially open in March 2008 at Mass Media and Technology Hall on the WKU Campus.
"Whether they're in a hurry to get to class or want a great place to hang out with friends, they will find a broad selection of great tasting menu items in a comfortable neighborhood setting at Einstein Bros.," said Paul Carolan, senior vice president of franchising and licensing for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: BAGL). "We believe the Einstein Bros. brand, its menu offerings and atmosphere are what students are looking for in dining options."
With the addition of WKU, there are now 72 college campuses serving Einstein Bros. menu items nationwide.
