Einstein Bros. Bagels Opens at University of Pennsylvania
Restaurant is 22nd License Location to Open in 2007
PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 17 // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Students, faculty and visitors can now nosh on craveable food and meet in a comfortable neighborhood setting as they pursue knowledge beyond traditional boundaries, as the newest Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels restaurant opened on the University of Pennsylvania campus.
The restaurant, which is located on campus at 3417 Spruce St., is the 22nd license Einstein Bros. to open this year. Guests of the restaurant, which officially opened Dec. 1, will be able to choose from a selection of Einstein Bros.' famous bagels and shmears, Darn Good Coffee(R), crisp, fresh salads, decadent sweets and eclectic sandwiches made with high quality ingredients.
"Whether they're on the go or have time to sit down and enjoy a meal while preparing for their class schedule, university guests will enjoy the comfortable neighborhood atmosphere and craveable food at Einstein Bros.," said Paul Carolan, senior vice president of franchising and licensing operations for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: BAGL). "The popular Einstein Bros. brand is a great fit for the college environment."
The University of Pennsylvania restaurant became the 74th Einstein Bros. currently open on a college campus. Even more license locations are scheduled to open before the end of the fiscal year.
