Eastern Kentucky University Begins Offering Einstein Bros. Menu Items
University Is 25th License Location to Introduce Einstein Bros. Offerings in 2007
RICHMOND, Ky., Dec. 18 // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Craveable food and Darn Good Coffee(R) became part of the small-college feel and active campus life of Eastern Kentucky University, as it began providing a selection of Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels' offerings to students, faculty, staff and visitors on Dec. 11.
EKU became the 25th license location to begin offering Einstein Bros. menu items in 2007. Guests visiting the Crabbe Library are now able to choose from a selection of Einstein Bros.' eclectic sandwiches made with high quality ingredients, crisp, fresh salads and Darn Good Coffee(R).
A complete Einstein Bros. license restaurant is under construction and is scheduled to officially open in January 2008 inside the Moore Building.

The efforts made EKU the 77th college campus currently offering Einstein Bros. menu items.
