Now through March 23, 2008, customers can head into participating Arby's restaurants for the Spicy Cajun Fish Sandwich featuring a crispy golden fish fillet, naturally cut, topped with shredded lettuce and a spicy Cajun tartar sauce served on a toasted sesame-seed bun. The Classic Fish Sandwich includes all of the above but comes with a traditional tartar sauce. "Arby's tested the waters with fish sandwiches 35 years ago," said Neville Craw, Corporate Executive Chef, Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. "Since then, it's in such demand -- last year alone we sold more than 3.2 million pounds – more than half a million pounds than the previous year. It's clear that Arby's fish satisfies our customers' cravings for different fish sandwiches."
Arby's will support the limited time offer with in-store promotion and television spots.
