Buffalo Wild Wings(R), Inc. Announces New Chairman of Its Board of Directors

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 2008--Buffalo Wild Wings(R), Inc. (NASDAQ: BWLD) announced today the election of current director James M. Damian as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, succeeding Warren E. Mack, Interim Chairman from August 23, 2007 to February 16, 2008. Kenneth H. Dahlberg served as Chairman prior to Mr. Mack for four years until his retirement in August.

Mr. Damian stated, "Buffalo Wild Wings is an outstanding company with incredibly talented management and I am excited to be partnering with Sally Smith as we become a strong, united team. Mr. Damian joined Best Buy Corporation in 1998 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of the company's Experience Development Group. Prior to joining Best Buy, he held positions with Howard Sant Partnerships, a London architectural firm, Harvey Nichols, a London-based luxury retailer, B. Altman & Co., R. H. Macy & Co., and Hindsgaul Mannequins Worldwide of Copenhagen, New York and Paris. He has served on the Buffalo Wild Wings Board of Directors since 2006 and is a member of the Governance/Nominating and Compensation Committees.
