Stratus Building Solutions Expands to California

April 03, 2008 // Franchising.com // - St. Louis, Missouri...Stratus Building Solutions is continuing its national expansion by awarding a Master Franchise to Stratus Building Solutions of Los Angeles County, a new commercial-industrial building cleaning service franchisor with headquarters in Encino, California, the company announced.

California businessman Afshin Cangarlu is president of Stratus Building Solutions of Los Angeles County.

Stratus Building Solutions of Los Angeles County, with offices at 16530 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 204 in Encino, complements new Stratus Building Solutions' Master Franchise expansions in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and New York since September 2007. Mr. Cangarlu said, "Stratus Building Solutions of Los Angeles County has an aggressive business plan to start new businesses and create local jobs by helping franchisees provide environmentally-friendly cleaning services to building owners and managers in the greater Los Angeles area.

Stratus Building Solutions of Los Angeles County will hire six employees immediately, and is planning to establish 60 sub-franchise operations in Los Angeles County in 2008. Financial terms of the agreement with Stratus Building Solutions were not disclosed
