$1.99 Sandwiches and 99 Cent Espresso Drinks in Celebration of Einstein Bros. Grand Opening
Discount to Guests Who Visit Dearborn St. Restaurant on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
CHICAGO, June 23 // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- In celebration of its Grand Opening, the Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels restaurant located at 400 N. Dearborn St., at the Kinzie St. intersection in downtown Chicago, will offer $1.99 Breakfast and Lunch Sandwiches and 99 cent Espresso Drinks to every guest who visits the restaurant on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, June 25-27, while supplies last.
"We're excited to offer this neighborhood-friendly gesture to welcome those working and living nearby," said Jeff Barnett, regional business director for Einstein Bros., a brand of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: BAGL). "I would like to invite all employees, residents and their friends and family to this event and I'm looking forward to meeting many of the regular guests."
The restaurant opened for business on June 11, 2008. The discounted prices for the sandwiches and espresso will be offered throughout the day on June, 25, 26 and 27. See restaurant for details.
Guests will be able to select from a variety of Einstein Bros. hand-crafted breakfast and lunch sandwiches all day long, including the popular Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich, the Spinach & Bacon Panini, the Tasty Turkey, the Italian Chicken Panini and much more. All sandwiches are offered on a choice of bread, including challah, ciabatta, artisan wheat and Einstein Bros.' award-winning bagels.
Featuring more than 3,850 square feet, the restaurant seats up to 55 guests in an atmosphere that combines the energy of the local neighborhood and a comfortable barista section with a tradition of great tastes, textures and aromas.

Two Einstein Bros. fanatics will also be giving away flyers and coupons while roaming the sidewalks of downtown Chicago on Segway(R) Personal Transporters (PT). Other Einstein Bros. employees will be sampling coffee and handing out flyers and coupons each day near the restaurant beginning June 23 and ending June 28.
