CYPRESS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill, the quick casual Mexican grill chain, announces the grand opening of its newest location at 22203 Orchard Village Road in Newhall. The new location offers fresh, flavorful Mexican food in a colorful, upbeat and contemporary environment.

The new restaurant, located in Newhall, California is approximately 1500 square feet and presents a vibrant and authentic Mexican colors and attire. La Salsa restaurants have become known for their bright, energy-filled interiors featuring colorful tiles, exhibition-styled kitchens. It is owned and operated by Skip and Carrie Sorenson. Skip and Carrie came from outside the restaurant industry but have been La Salsa customers for many years. "We loved the food so much and saw a great opportunity to open our own in Santa Clarita Valley," says Franchisee Skip Sorenson, "It was Carrie's dream to open a La Salsa restaurant."

"Since opening, the lines have been out the door during lunch but La Salsa's new "Express Line" enabled guests to move through quickly," says David Bevilacqua, La Salsa Franchise Director.
