Jimmy's Egg Announces Houston Franchise

OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan. 21 // PRNewswire // -- Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems announced today that the breakfast and lunch chain has signed a new area development agreement for Houston, Texas. The 10-store development agreement includes all of Harris County and marks the chain's first entrance into the Texas market under the Jimmy's Egg franchise name.

"The addition of the Houston market to our franchise development program solidifies our plan to build Jimmy's Egg into a regional restaurant chain. We now have area development partners in parts of Kansas and Missouri, most of Oklahoma and Houston, Texas," said Jim Burke, manager of Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems, LLC. "Tough economic times bring out the best in Jimmy's Egg since value is the key to the Jimmy's Egg dining experience. Our products are made fresh daily, our portions are large and our prices are low relative to other breakfast and lunch places. Our customers recognize this and continue to come back with family and friends over and over again," according to Burke.

Over the past 90 days Jimmy's Egg has opened three new locations in Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK and Wichita, KS. Five new Jimmy's Eggs are currently under development and will open by the end of July, 2009 in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.

Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems, LLC is a joint venture between Loc Le, the founder of Jimmy's Egg and Jim Burke, the former President and CEO of Oklahoma based Eateries Inc.
