Aberdeen, SD, --(PR.com)-- Kitchen Tune-Up, the creator of proprietary surface reconditioning technology for updating kitchens and baths, has awarded Marty Ceranec, longtime Downers Grove, IL franchise owner, with their national Customer Service Award for 2008. The award was presented at the annual convention, January 26th in Las Vegas, NV.
Kitchen Tune-Up evaluates all franchises in their system on a monthly basis, looking for the one that most exemplifies their company Trust Points. These eight Trust Points include guaranteeing their estimates, returning calls within 24 hours and working within each client's schedule. In addition, the company looks at the number of customer comment cards returned in any one month period. To win the annual national award, the owner must have been awarded one of the twelve monthly honors as well as maintained the highest customer service standards throughout the year.
In addition to this award and many other similar honors, Ceranec was named the national Franchise of the Year in 2000. He has been tuning up kitchens and baths for Downers Grove area clients since August of 1994 as a Kitchen Tune-Up franchisee.
