NexCen Brands Announces Opening of 50th TAF(TM) Store in Mexico

Store Opened in Iztaplapa DF, Mexico

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NexCen Brands, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NEXC) announced today the opening of the 50th TAF(TM) franchised store in Mexico. The store opened under an existing master franchise agreement, signed in January 2001, which provides for the opening of an unlimited number of stores in Mexico over a 99-year term.

The new store opened in Iztaplapa DF, which is located in the Federal District of Mexico, and is the fourteenth TAF store opened in this city.
