Local Kitchen Tune-Up Owner Attends National Reunion

Scott Hanson of Chicago attended the specialized training conference held January 20-22 in Orlando, Florida.

As part of the conference, owners participated in learning sessions on bath remodeling, commercial and residential sales, consumer financing and local marketing techniques. Participation in the annual training has shown to both motivate and hone the skills of the owner as they return to their local communities. "We really enjoy the yearly chance to get together with our fellow Kitchen Tune-Up owners," stated Scott. "It is a chance to share information and see what business solutions are working."

Annual awards were also presented during the conference at a banquet on January 21st. Honorees were acknowledged for superb customer service, project of the year and a top honor, the "Franny Award" which is presented each year to the one franchise owner who has proven overall high achievement in customer service, sales and range of service offerings.
