Fazoli's Debuts New Look, New Service in Omaha

Remodeled Restaurants Open This Week

April 27, 2011 // Franchising.com // Lexington, Ky. – While kids were cleaning off bikes, moms were preparing flower beds and dads were sprucing up the yard, Fazoli's was busy getting its five Omaha-area restaurants ready for spring with an all-new look and expanded service.

The Italian restaurant this week is debuting table service designed to make family dining more enjoyable and convenient. Instead of ordering and returning to the counter to get their meals, guests will relax while servers deliver meals and refill beverages. Called the Expanded Service Program, it includes the return of dining room breadstick delivery. Also as part of the new service style, traditional plates and silverware have replaced Styrofoam, plastic and paper.

"Especially during spring and summer, it's hard for busy families to find time to eat together, and we are doing everything we can to make a family meal tasty, as well as, affordable, fun and easy," said Carl Howard, president and CEO. Howard is scheduled to visit the remodeled restaurants and meet with staff and guests on May 10 -11.

Fazoli's also has remodeled the restaurants, using its all-new, contemporary design. "Now, families can enjoy a great meal and more time together in a bright, fun environment while letting our staff do all the work," Howard said. Guests who have not visited Fazoli's in a while will see that the restaurant chain, based in Lexington, has revamped its food, with many new and improved items. "Even though we have dramatically improved the quality and flavor of our food, we have kept prices affordable," Howard said. Entrees start at just $4.99.

Fazoli's Omaha-area restaurants are located at 2434 S. 132nd Street and 8002 Cass Street, Omaha; 8017 S. 84th Street La Vista; 2012 Pratt Avenue, Bellevue and 3134 Dial Drive Council Bluffs.

Fazoli's opens at 10:30 a.m. seven days a week, closing at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Its award-winning Kids Night is Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. and features special activities and deals for kids. Fazoli's offers catering, including online ordering.
