America's Fastest-Growing Barbecue Chain Expands Presence in North Texas

GARLAND, Texas, Sept. 26, 2011 // PRNewswire // -- Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. expands in north Texas, opening the first location in Garland at 1413 W. Buckingham Road under the direction of local franchisee, Kevin Tran.

This is the first location for Garland and the first Dickey's Barbecue franchise opportunity for Tran.

Dickey's holds a 46 percent growth rate with a goal of 200 stores by the year's end and there are currently 175 locations in 36 states.
