America's Fastest Growing Barbecue Opens New Location in Spring

SPRING, Texas, Oct. 10, 2011 // PRNewswire // -- Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. opens its first location in Spring, building on the established presence of the Texas barbecue chain in its home state. The store makes its city-wide debut at 7312 Louetta Road.

"The journey is exciting and we are happy to finally open the doors to our new Dickey's Barbecue restaurant," said Becky Dutch, who owns and operates the franchise location with her husband, John.

This is the first franchise opportunity for the couple and the first location for Spring, a city just North of Houston.

"The community is excited about the variety Dickey's will bring to the table of fast food options," Becky said. "It's great to be a part of something new and different, but while maintaining our Texas roots."

Dickey's Barbecue celebrates its 70th anniversary this October and is on track to hit 200 stores across the country by the end of 2011.
