EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Oct. 10, 2011 // PRNewswire // -- Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. continues expansion in Minnesota, opening its first location in Eden Prairie at 13250 Technology Drive.

Brooks owns and operates three Dickey's Barbecue locations in Minnesota. This is the 177th location nationwide.
