The Nation's Fastest Growing Barbecue Chain Opens in Oklahoma

MIDWEST CITY, Okla., Nov. 23, 2011 // PRNewswire // -- The day is finally here, Dickey's Barbecue Pit opens in Midwest City today. Local franchise owners, Kim Nelson and Kimberley Miesch are ready to bring great tasting barbecue to the community.

"We are very excited to be bringing Dickey's to Oklahoma," said Nelson. "Midwest City needed a taste of great barbecue and we are happy to be the ones who bring it."

Nelson and Miesch are active members of the Chamber of Commerce and have become a big part of the local community. They have been introducing themselves to local business owners and reaching out to local organizations.

Their store is located at 408 South Air Depot. It is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
