Owners Celebrate with Free Subs

Who:

Jeff Worthen and Bryan Selden officially opened Fort Worth’s third Jersey Mike’s location.

What:

The grand opening and free sub fundraiser supported the Airpower Foundation. Anyone who had a fundraising coupon received a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution. Ten thousand coupons are being distributed throughout the community and in local newspapers.

Where:

The new store is located at 14113 Trinity Blvd., Fort Worth.

When:

Grand Opening – Wed., Jan. 18, 2012 Fundraiser -- Runs 5 Days from Wed., Jan. 18 through Sun., Jan. 22, 2012.

Why:

On the fundraiser: : “For every grand opening, we have the unique opportunity to partner with a cause or charity of our choice,” said Selden. “We knew that we wanted to recognize and support the Airpower Foundation for all they do for the men and women who serve our country.”

The Airpower Foundation provides a charitable organization through which area businesses and individuals can donate in support of our military leaders, troops and their families. Their mission is to assist in keeping the United States Airpower strong and powerful; to encourage the maintenance of world peace and national security; to help develop friendly relations among nations based upon respect for the principal of equal rights, privileges and opportunities to all people.

All Jersey Mike’s franchise owners find ways to support their neighbors and employees are encouraged to volunteer their time and talents as well.
