Krystal To Open First Restaurant In Dawsonville, Ga. On February 3

A Free Year’s Supply of Krystal Hamburgers to Be Given Away to First 50 Customers in Line at Krystal Opening

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Krystal, the fast food icon famous for its fresh, hot, small, square hamburgers and big taste menu items, will open a new restaurant in Dawsonville, Ga. on Thursday, February 3. Located at 29 N. 400 Center Lane, the new eatery will join more than 60 Krystal locations currently in the greater Atlanta market.

To celebrate, Krystal will be giving away a year’s supply of “Sackfuls” to the first 50 guests in line when the new restaurant opens at 10:00 a.m. In Krystal language, a Sackful refers to an order of 12 Famous Krystal hamburgers, and it will be the first 50 adults, ages 18 and older, who will receive the year’s supply of the Famous Krystals, or specifically, a Sackful of Krystals every week for an entire year. Additionally, the Krystal Crave Cruiser will be set up outside the restaurant on Feb. 3 offering complimentary beverages and good ‘ole Southern hospitality to those waiting in line to be one of the lucky Sackful winners.

The state-of-the-art Krystal restaurant in Dawsonville will operate under a franchise agreement with established Krystal franchise partner, Franville Corp. This will be the ninth location for Franville Corp. owner and Gainesville, Ga. local, Travis Rogers, who also operates Krystal restaurants in Gainesville, Oakwood, Cumming, Athens, Winder, Indian Trail and Lawrenceville.

“We are thrilled to offer a convenient location for Dawsonville locals and also expand our presence in the North Georgia and greater Atlanta area,” said Travis Rogers of Franville Corp. “Krystal is truly a fast food icon, and Krystal Lovers who are familiar with the brand know it’s the one place where they can expect a great variety of menu choices served up with great hospitality, all at an unbeatable value. It’s simply Krystal, and there’s nothin’ like it.”

Guests dining at the new restaurant will enjoy a refreshing, efficient design that pays homage to the traditional Krystal look while showcasing the company’s new updated image. Additional restaurant elements will include modern conveniences such as advanced drive-thru ordering technology, credit card and debit payment options, a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi Internet access for guests.

The Dawsonville location will feature all of Krystal’s breakfast-time favorites including Breakfast Scramblers, a line-up of traditional breakfast combinations stacked smartly in a bowl and conveniently enjoyed scrambled up or layer by layer. Other breakfast classics available are Krystal’s plate breakfasts with fresh scrambled eggs, Jimmy Dean sausage, crispy Smithfield bacon, and homestyle grits; Krystal’s breakfast biscuit and toast sandwiches; and the famous Krystal Sunriser.

The restaurant will also offer its signature products that are distinctive in size and shape, delivered fresh and perfect for anytime of the day. Among these popular items includes the famous Krystal Hamburger, served hot off the grill with fresh onions and topped with mustard and a pickle; the Krystal Chik, made with 100% whole breast chicken filet and served on the famous small, square bun; and the Krystal Pup, a Krystal-sized hot dog served with or without chili.
