Sport Clips Haircuts Opens in Costa Mesa

Combination of sports and a haircut makes it good to be a guy.

Costa Mesa, CA (PRWEB) March 10, 2012 - Sport Clips Haircuts, a place that makes it good to be a guy, opened its newest location this Saturday on 179 E 17th St. in Costa Mesa. This is the first location in Costa Mesa, adding to the more than 850 Sport Clips across the country. “What’s better than being in a relaxing environment, where sports is on TV everywhere you look, with well-trained stylists and no need for an appointment when it’s time for a haircut?” said Adam Zagorski, owner of the new Sport Clips. “We have combined the best features of a barber shop with a hair salon, and tailored it for men and boys,” added Zagorski.

Sport Clips will offer clients:

  • The MVP Treatment – precision haircut, massaging shampoo, hot steamed towel treatment, and neck and shoulder massage
  • Stylists who specialize in male hair care and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Haircut services without an appointment – walk-ins are welcome
  • Large, flat-screen televisions playing sports programming at each haircut station and in the lobby, along with reading materials
  • Special lighting and massaging chairs in the shampoo area to promote relaxation
  • Male-focused hair care and styling products

Zagorski lived in nearby Newport Beach during his collegiate and post-collegiate years, and for over 16 years, got his hair cut about a block away from where his own salon will open. “I enjoyed living in this area, so it’s very exciting to be opening my first Sport Clips here,” he said. Zagorski, who has worked in the high-tech marketing industry for over 20 years, became interested in franchising when the economy took a downturn. “I took a hard look at what was important to me and what I wanted to do,” he said. “Franchising gave me the opportunity to earn a good living, have control over my life, and continue to leverage the marketing expertise I acquired over the years.”

Sport Clips in Costa Mesa will be open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, visit http://haircutmencostamesaca.com/
