The World's Largest Barbecue Franchise Opens New Location in South Portland Mall

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine, April 13, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Window shopping can be exhausting, so refuel at the new Dickey's Barbecue in the South Portland Maine Mall food court. On Friday, April 13, the first 100 customers will receive a free pulled pork big barbecue sandwich.

"There is a lot of excitement from the local community about us coming to this new location," said local franchise owner Godfrey Wood, who will run this location along with his son Sidney. "We're in a really great space and I'm excited to serve shoppers from all over New England and the thousands of summer visitors."

The Maine Mall is located at 364 Maine Mall Road. This new location will be unique since it will offer additional chicken menu items.
