Pancheros Mexican Grill Debuts in Lincoln

Fast-casual Mexican Restaurant Celebrated Opening with Dollar Burrito Night

June 15, 2012 // Franchising.com // Lincoln, NE - Pancheros Mexican Grill opened on Tuesday, May 15 in the SouthPointe Pavilions at 2910 Pine Lake Road. To celebrate the grand opening Pancheros held a Dollar Burrito Night on Tuesday, May 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. The event will also feature a KFRX radio remote.

The General Manager, Michael LaSage, is joined by a strong team including Jim Brown, a Navy veteran and former managing partner of Outback Steak House. Brown will act as the vice president of operations and development for the franchise location.

“We’re excited to bring Pancheros to the area and introduce local residents to the concept,” Brown said. “The opportunity to get involved with the franchise came at the right time for all of us and I think that the delicious food and fun environment will be a big hit in Lincoln.”
