Pancheros Mexican Grill Debuted In Sycamore

Fast-casual Mexican Restaurant to Celebrate Opened with Dollar Burrito Night

June 18, 2012 // Franchising.com // Sycamore, IL - Andrew Kemp opened the first Pancheros Mexican Grill in Sycamore April 17. The restaurant is located at 2672 DeKalb Ave. in front of the new HyVee. Pancheros held a Dollar Burrito Night to celebrate the grand opening Wednesday, April 25 from 4 to 6 p.m.

Andrew, 24, is joined by three business partners, but he will be the restaurant’s operating partner. The group also owns the Pancheros in Rockford, which they opened last year. They are also looking forward to additional expansion opportunities as the stores progress.

“We like the structure of Pancheros. They are very detail oriented and the food is delicious,” Andrew said. “Our Rockford location has done very well so far and we’re excited to open in Sycamore.”
