Business Coaching Franchise Rekindles Local Entrepreneurs’ Love for Their Businesses

Austin has made a career out of consulting and coaching businesses since the 90’s. Her role has primarily been as a consultant helping small businesses implement strategies, design compensation plans and marketing plans for over 20 years. In March 2012, Debra turned her attention to working with local business owners and leaders and helping them run their businesses more effectively and efficiently while balancing their professional and personal lives.

Today, she helps business owners achieve greater success and satisfaction by helping them with “between the ears” types of issues and to overcome limiting beliefs, bad habits and bad business practices. The process helps owners learn to run a business, be better leaders and managers and think and behave more strategically – and make more money working fewer hours. They are given the structure and discipline on a regular basis to think, create an action plan and then receive on-going accountability to stay on track.

Austin said the process doesn’t tell business owners how to run their businesses. It gives them the skills to figure it out for themselves. “We empower business owners to solve their own problems and seize their own opportunities,” she added. “They are the experts. I just give them the tools.”
