Dickey's Kicks Up Its Heels For National Picnic Month

The World's Largest Barbecue Franchise Introduces Special Offers and Contests

DALLAS, June 29, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Dickey's Barbecue Pit loves a good party. The Texas-based barbecue chain is kicking off Independence Day and National Picnic Month with barbecue specials aimed at gathering the whole family for a party.

"July is the perfect month to gather with family and friends for a holiday picnic or party," said Roland Dickey, Jr., president of Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. "Our picnic or family packs make entertaining easy and great tasting."

Dickey's is offering a free gallon of iced tea with a family pack order and also $3 off picnic packs and $5 off family packs in celebration of the July festivities. Offers are valid July 1 through July 10 for all Big Yellow Cup members. In addition, the fast-casual barbecue chain is heating up Facebook with their Summertime Snapshot contest that asks followers to post their best summer photos. The most likes or re-shares wins a free picnic pack.
