Cedar Rapids will be the newest addition to the national franchise which is now operating in twelve states. Staying true to the 36 year-old Capriotti's tradition, whole, all natural turkeys will be slow roasted in-house daily to ensure the best taste and highest quality ingredients. The nationally renowned Bobbie is sure to be a local favorite, made with fresh turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo. Other popular menu items arriving in Cedar Rapids include the Capastrami, crafted with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw and topped with Russian dressing, along with the Delaware-style Cheesesteak with melted white American cheese, onions and peppers. Additional menu items include a variety of appetizing hot and cold subs, cheese steaks, vegetarian options and freshly tossed salads.
