Dickey's Barbecue Is Bringing A Tasty Slice Of Texas To Glen Allen

World's Largest Barbecue Franchise Opens in Virginia

GLEN ALLEN, Va., July 25, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- A new smokin' hot Dickey's Barbecue Pit location is opening in Glen Allen. The new location will be opening this Thursday, July 26 and in honor of this special day Dickey's will be giving the first 100 customers a free pulled pork big barbecue sandwich.

"We are excited about bringing Dickey's to the West End and sharing our Texas style barbecue with even more people in Richmond," said franchise owner Lisa Henshaw.

Lisa and Terry Henshaw opened their first location in Richmond last year and they are planning to open three more locations after the Glen Allen store. Dickey's Barbecue is planning to add over 100 new locations nationwide in 2012.

"The up and coming Glen Allen area is the perfect spot for our new store," said franchise owner, Lisa Henshaw. "The response in Richmond has been so good–our customers say it's their new favorite place."

This new location is located at 9809 West Broad Street, right across from Costco and the store phone number is 804-527-1318. Dickey's is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
