Kuhn will work with existing and prospective FranConnect clients in the implementation of the recently unveiled Zcubator™, a single platform that gives franchise systems the ability to easily manage and evaluate the effectiveness of multiple marketing channels, all with a single login.
“My goal is to call upon my experiences in franchising and passion for marketing to help clients manage the proliferation of marketing tools and campaigns required to grow unit level sales, reduce marketing costs, increase franchisee productivity and satisfaction,” said Kuhn. “I personally experienced the difficulties associated with managing so many different marketing programs and tools in my own franchise, so when I learned about Zcubator, I instantly recognized how this application would be a game-changer for franchise systems.”
Kuhn has more than 27 years of experience in franchising; her father started HouseMaster Home Inspections franchise company in 1979, and in 1984, she opened her own franchise location in New York. Eventually Kuhn transitioned to work for the corporate office and helped to grow the brand to more than 365 units.
The addition of Kuhn to FranConnect’s leadership team comes on the heels of a newly appointed President of Global Operations, Keith Gerson, who has worked for large brands in the franchising industry, also bringing an insider’s perspective to the challenge of helping franchise systems manage their marketing strategies.
