Maui Wowi Hawaiian to be a Vendor at the San Diego United Summer Challenge Soccer Tournament

Maui Wowi Hawaiian Franchise Operators, Chris and Rosa Garrett of San Diego, have built their mobile coffee and smoothie business by working events of all sizes, and will be a vendor at the San Diego United Summer Challenge Soccer Tournament

Greenwood Village, Colo. (PRWEB) August 03, 2012 - Maui Wowi Hawaiian franchise operators stay busy whether the event is big or small, as Chris and Rosa Garrett have discovered in the first year as franchisees. The Garrett’s joined the Hawaiian coffee and smoothie company over a year ago and have quickly garnered a loyal customer base and quality leads for their event driven business.

“When we started out a year ago, my wife Rosa and I did a lot of research online for local events. Sporting events for softball and soccer tournaments have been very beneficial to our business,” Garrett Said.

The two of them will be working at the San Diego United Summer Challenge this Saturday, August 4. The event is a youth soccer tournament sponsored by San Diego United Futbol Club and features teams of all ages. Chris and Rosa Garrett’s Maui Wowi mobile cart will be located at Hickman field during the games to serve spectators and players in attendance.

“We will be at the SDU Summer Challenge bright and early beginning at 7 a.m. This event couldn’t be a better age group for our product and we are really looking forward to this,” Chris Garrett said.

The Garrett’s say they anticipate a great turnout and will serve all-natural smoothies made with real fruit, as well as premium Hawaiian coffees from their Maui Wowi Hawaiian mobile unit called the Ka’anapali Cart. In addition to their popular smoothies and hot coffee, Chris says customers can also purchase a blended coffee drink or Hawaiian Iced Coffee.

“The Kona Mocha Chill has really taken off,” Garrett said. “Our iced coffee is made using the Toddy Cold Brew System and it too, has become one of our most popular drinks. Our smoothies are always a top seller but the Iced Coffee and Kona Mocha Chill give us something extra to offer our customers.”

Chris and Rosa Garrett say they hope to generate additional leads for future events and plan to continue growing their business throughout the San Diego area.

The SDU Summer Challenge soccer tournament begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, August 4. The games will be played at a number of different fields in the San Diego area. For a full list of locations and more information, please visit http://www.sandiegounited.net.
