World's Largest Barbecue Franchise Opens in New West Coast Location

JACKSON, Calif., Sept. 11, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- On Thursday September 13, Dickey's Barbecue will open in Jackson. As part of the celebration, the first 100 customers will receive a free Pulled Pork Big Barbecue Sandwich.

"We're very excited about our upcoming opening," said Richard Wolcott, who owns and operates this location with his wife Sherry. "We have moved very quickly through the entire process -- it's hard to believe we'll soon be open. It will take hard work and commitment to make our restaurant successful, but we are ready."

The couple's new location is at 12240 Industry Blvd., Suite 74. The store phone number is 209-223-2748. Dickey's is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

"The entire community is ready to get in line for our great smoked meats and tasty sides," said Richard Wolcott. "Everyone has been very supportive about our decision to bring a Dickey's to the area -- this county needs a BBQ restaurant like ours."
