World's Largest Barbecue Franchise Hosts Grand Opening in Pleasant Hill

PLEASANT HILL, Calif., Sept. 25, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Dickey's Barbecue in Pleasant Hill is happy to be serving authentic mouthwatering barbecue to the local community. On Friday, September 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dickey's will be serving $1 Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches in celebration of the grand opening event.

"We are happy to be serving southern specialties to the Pleasant Hill area," said franchise owner Amy Meadows who owns and operates this location with her husband Joseph. "Before we opened here, people had no idea what fried okra was. Now they can't get enough of it!"
