Then I tried the product and it far exceeded my expectations," said Jim. “The tiki-hut and people dressed in Hawaiian shirts looked very inviting. We could not believe this business existed; it was a perfect fit for us.”

Their laid-back, go-with-the-flow attitude has landed them in the perfect position to begin living a new lifestyle as Maui Wowi business owners. Jim has spent the last 30 years working in law enforcement as a 911 dispatcher and economic support specialist, and Patty has a background as an administrative assistant in public health. Together they plan to also include their eight children to make it a family business. “They are all excited and eager to come on board with us,” said Patty.

Jim and Patty say they are excited to bring the Maui Wowi experience, products and Hawaiian spirit to Wisconsin.
