Owners Celebrate Grand Opening with Free Subs

November 21, 2012 - WESTMINSTER, Calif. – Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled East Coast-style subs, officially opened its doors in Westminster on November 14. The new location, owned by the Ciscel family, had a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, November 14 to Sunday, November 18 to support Ocean View High School.

The new restaurant, located at 16470 Beach Boulevard, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community, offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Ocean View High School.

Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s continued its steady growth in 2011 opening 69 new restaurants throughout the country, a 15 percent increase overall. The popular sub shop wins best sub awards in virtually every market it enters.

This is the third Jersey Mike’s location in the Huntington Beach area for the Ciscel family. They opened their first Jersey Mike’s location in October 2007. They also have a location in Irvine.
