Jimmy's Egg® is Cracking Fresh Eggs across the Midwest

OKLAHOMA CITY - Dec. 20, 2012 // PRNewswire // - Jimmy's Egg, LLC opened its fourth Omaha, NE and third Tulsa, OK locations this quarter, bringing the total number of operating Jimmy's Egg® restaurants to 34. Earlier in 2012, new Jimmy's Egg® restaurants opened in San Antonio and McAllen TX, Lawton, OK and Omaha, NE.

"We are excited about adding these two new restaurants to our system," said Jim Burke , co-manager for Jimmy's Egg, LLC. "This has been a great year for Jimmy's Egg® and 2013 will be even better. In 2013, we plan to open ten restaurants in new markets, including openings in Tahlequah, OK; Stillwater, OK; and The Colony, TX, during the first quarter.
