World’s Largest Barbecue Franchise Hosts Grand Opening Celebration on Friday

WESTMINSTER, Colo. - Feb. 4, 2013 - (BUSINESS WIRE - Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Westminster is throwing a smokin’ celebration on Friday, February 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will be serving the community mouthwatering Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches for only one dollar!

“We’ve had the best time since we opened,” said local owner Larry Volf who operates this location along with his wife Sandra. “It’s been exciting to meet new people and serve them authentic pit smoked barbecue.”

At the Friday event, Dickey’s will be holding a drawing for free barbecue for a year. Three winners will be chosen.

“We’re really looking forward to getting more involved in the community and working with local organizations,” said Volf.
