Owner Celebrates Grand Opening with Free Subs

February 22, 2013 // Franchising.com // Redlands, CA - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled East Coast-style subs, officially opened its doors in Redlands on February 20. Franchise owner David Abrahams held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, February 20 to Sunday, February 24 to support Boys and Girls Club of Redlands.

The new restaurant, located at 10040 Alabama Street, circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to Boys and Girls Club of Redlands.

Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike's continued its steady growth in 2012 opening 92 new restaurants throughout the country, a 33 percent increase in new store growth over 2011.

The company uses only private labeled meats and cheeses that are sliced fresh for each sub sandwich and piled high on in-store baked bread.
