Twin Peaks Operators Claim New Territory in Tennessee and Kansas

Ultimate Man-Cave Concept Expands Franchise Agreements with Existing Franchise Partners

March 06, 2013 // Franchising.com // DALLAS – Twin Peaks Restaurants, the ultimate man-cave sports lodge, is growing its presence throughout Tennessee and Kansas thanks to extended development agreements with four current franchise groups.

The concept’s largest franchisee, La Cima, LLC, recently signed on for two more stores in Knoxville, Tenn., in addition to the group’s original deal for 35 restaurants. La Cima opened three Twin Peaks locations in the last 12 months and expect to open an additional two restaurants within the next two months.

CNG Restaurant, LLC, which has the rights to all of Nashville development and currently operates Twin Peaks in Brentwood, Tenn., signed on for an additional three restaurants in Memphis. Together, La Cima and CNG’s extended deals complete Twin Peaks expansion in Tennessee.

Additionally, Wichita franchise group, Le Grande Tetons, will add a second store to its Wichita territory, and KC Lodge Ventures, LLC, will add to the Kansas City market with a new location in Springfield, Mo. for a total of four new stores to be developed in the area over the next several years.

Twin Peaks opened its first locations in Nevada and Illinois earlier this month for a total of 31 restaurants open across 15 states. Twin Peaks Las Vegas opened as a Mega Peaks location with more than 14,000 square feet spread over three floors, featuring a mezzanine and a third-floor open-air patio and bar with room for a total of 400 seats.
