Nation’s Largest Barbecue Franchise Offers Full Service Wedding Options

DALLAS - March 27, 2013 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - With wedding season right around the corner, Dickey’s Barbecue is introducing big day catering packages that make tying the knot unforgettable. The barbecue restaurant known for authentic pit smoked barbecue is now offering catering packages specifically geared toward wedding rehearsals and receptions.

“With the popularity of rustic wedding events, we’ve seen an increase in brides and grooms booking our full-service catering options,” said Michelle Sarlls, Director of Catering Sales for Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. “Dickey’s provides an affordable solution for both rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions. The full-service wedding catering option includes two slow smoked meats served at a carving station, three home style sides served in chafing dishes, along with buttery rolls, Dickey’s signature barbecue sauce and a relish tray. Dickey’s will deliver to wedding reception locations and provide all catering set up and clean up, with serving staff to carve meats on site. Drinks and dessert are also options for wedding packages.
