Award-Winning Sub Franchise Continues Tradition Of Excellence With New Hire

April 09, 2013 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS – Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop announced the hiring of Susan Harrison, who will join the team as Director of Supply Chain and Quality Assurance. Harrison brings over 13 years of experience in the quick service industry. In her new role, Harrison will handle procurement of food and nonfood items, as well as maintain the leading sandwich franchise’s 37 year long tradition of handmade subs with the highest quality ingredients.

Prior to joining the Capriotti’s team, Susan Harrison’s experience includes working with Caesars Entertainment and over 12 years of sales and purchasing with ARCOP Inc., the supply chain cooperative for Arby’s Restaurant Group. While with ARCOP, Harrison oversaw procurement for the brand’s over 3,600 restaurants and 18 distribution centers. During her time working with Arby’s, she saved the company an average of $2.6 million a year, with two product redesigns resulting in a savings of $1.8 million.
