Nation’s Fastest Growing Fast Casual Restaurant Throws Grand Opening Celebration in Florida

OVIEDO, Fla. - April 17, 2013 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Oviedo is having a grand opening celebration from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 20. Guests will enjoy $1 Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches, and three lucky customers will win free barbecue for a year.

“Since we opened, we’ve made it our mission to make sure customers feel at home in our restaurant,” said Glenn Hughes, who owns and operates this location with his wife Stephanie. “We have many regulars who know Stephanie, me and our boys. Some of the kids look for our sons Colby or Austin when they come in.”

Glenn has spent 30 years in the technology sector, and his wife Stephanie has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years.

“We hope to see everyone at our grand opening event,” said Glenn Hughes. “We consider our guests as family and can’t wait to serve them the best barbecue in the area.”
