Jersey Mike's Subs to Open in Pinellas Park
Owner Celebrates Grand Opening with Free Subs
May 1, 2013 - Pinellas Park, FL - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled East Coast-style subs, officially opened its doors in Pinellas Park on April 24. Franchise owner James Connolly held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, April 24 to Sunday, April 28 to support the American Heart and Stroke Association in partnership with Northside Hospital.
The new restaurant, located at 7066 US Highway 19 North, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to American Heart and Stroke Association in partnership with Northside Hospital.
Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike's continued its steady growth in 2012 opening 92 new restaurants throughout the country, a 33 percent increase in new store growth over 2011.

This is James Connolly’s second Jersey Mike’s location. In June 2012, he opened his first Jersey Mike’s location in St. Petersburg.
