Seattle Plumber Purchases Franchises to Service Tacoma & Olympia Plumbing Needs

On March 28, Sposari, who has owned franchises for more than 20 years in King and Snohomish counties in Washington near Seattle, purchased Mr. Rooter Plumbing Olympia and Mr. Rooter Plumbing Tacoma.

With six Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchises and 45 employees, he now has the market share for plumbing services along Interstate Highway 5 in Western Washington.

“With the economy starting to take off again, we thought this was the right time to expand,” Sposari said. “We’re one of the bigger shops.”

Adding 1.1 million in population, a 30 percent increase, to his total customer market, Sposari said he anticipates initially increasing his business by 15 percent and expects a long-term boost of at least 30 percent growth.
