Twin Peaks Names Patrick Droesch as President and Chief Operating Officer

Rapidly expanding concept brings on operations expert to facilitate growth.

May 06, 2013 // Franchising.com // DALLAS – Twin Peaks has appointed 25-year restaurant operations veteran Patrick Droesch as its new President and Chief Operating Officer.

An industry veteran with expertise in franchise operations, strategy and brand development, Droesch will oversee the company’s rapid growth and development. His extensive experience in operations most recently includes almost three years at Lone Star Management Company as COO and President for Texas Land & Cattle, Lone Star Steakhouse and Firefly Kitchen & Bar.

Prior to that, Droesch worked with Brinker International and Family Restaurants Inc. in various roles including Vice President of Operations for On the Border and Regional Vice President of Operations for Chili’s Bar & Grill.

“Patrick is the perfect fit to spearhead our operational development as we prepare to reach 50 stores by the end of the year,” said Randy DeWitt, CEO at Twin Peaks.

Twin Peaks has 32 restaurants open and another 10 in development with commitments for more than 100 additional locations. The company recently signed its second largest franchise agreement for 16 restaurants to expand the concept into Southern Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio.

“I am very excited to join the Twin Peaks team and for the opportunity to be a part of the company during such a dynamic time,” said Droesch. “This is one of the hottest concepts in the country and we’re just getting started. I look forward to building on that momentum as we enter this next phase of growth.”
