San Diego Plumber purchases Mr. Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning in San Diego

San Diego father and son team purchase Mr. Rooter Franchise serving all of San Diego county. First time franchise owners say they're ready for the demands of the second most populous in the state of California.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) May 07, 2013 - A local father/son team are now ready to celebrate purchasing Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Diego.

Jim Lee and his son, Michael, purchased the San Diego Plumbing franchise in September, immediately taking on the challenges of being first-time franchise owners in the second most populous county in the state.

“I think plumbing is a great business, everyone needs a plumber from time to time,” Jim Lee said.

As a special for all San Diego County residents, they want to celebrate the grand re-opening of the franchise by sharing two special offers – $89 drain cleaning and $50 off plumbing services.

Jim said, “We are a locally owned and family operated plumbing company. We think the key is to try and differentiate ourselves by providing great service, being responsive, and doing a good job. This is not only important to us as owners, but our customers.”

The Mr. Rooter organization is helping them do that, Lee said, by providing valuable training. He said he also has the support of other Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchise owners who are sharing best practices.

“It’s nice to have others who have been down the road to share with,” he said.

Lee said he will handle the office operations, and his son, who is a licensed plumber, will be more hands on. They are starting out with five trucks, but Lee said their goal is to double that to better serve the plumbing needs of all residential & commercial customers in San Diego County.

“There’s a lot of potential here,” Lee said of the county with a population around 3 million. “We service all of San Diego County, 24 hours a day and never charge an overtime fee or trip charges.”
