"We had great enthusiasm in the community last year when Lynn kicked off our first year anniversary party -- It was an easy decision to invite him back,” said Dan Pekol, Dickey’s Barbecue Eau Claire owner. "Lynn is a perfect candidate to assist with our celebration. Not only does he share the 'Dickey' name, but his values of being family-oriented, honest, and humble, align with our values at Dickey's Barbecue Pit."
Dickey’s Barbecue in Eau Claire opened in 2011 and was the first Wisconsin location. Wisconsin now has six locations and two more set to open later this year.
