Sonic Corp. to Present at Upcoming Conferences

OKLAHOMA CITY - June 4, 2013 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Sonic Corp. (NASDAQ: SONC), the nation's largest chain of drive-in restaurants, today announced that the company will be presenting at the following conferences:

• On Tuesday, June 11, the Company will present at the William Blair 33rd Annual Growth Stock Conference at the Four Seasons in Chicago, IL. The presentation will begin at 5:10 PM ET.
• On Wednesday, June 12, the Company will present at the Piper Jaffray 33^nd Annual Consumer Conference at the Palace Hotel in New York, NY. The presentation will begin at 12:00 PM ET.
• On Tuesday, June 25, the Company will present at the Oppenheimer's 13th Annual Consumer Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, MA. The presentation will begin at 1:45 PM ET.
